Gary and Martha Rogers form a husband and wife team as builders of high quality custom homes. They have formed a good team in raising three children, who are now young adults. Today they form an effective building team. Through the building of their own homes, they gained a love for building and a unique perspective of the customer's challenges in building a home. Together they strive to take the uncertainty out of building, through their service to the customer.
Gary has a long history in the building business. From his days as a child, when his dad taught him to drive a nail, to his college years when he financed his education as a framing and trim carpenter, he has been learning the building business.
He has built two homes for his family where he did the work of all the trades. On these projects he got experience in the carpentry (framing and finish), masonry, electrical, plumbing, painting, drywall, roofing and floor coverings. Personal hands-on experience in each of the trades taught him how to recognize good work by each of his subcontractors. It also developed his problem solving skills, so that he can intelligently participate in this critical function, working with the subcontractors to arrive at viable solutions. In short, there is almost nothing that will be done on your house that Gary has not done.
Additionally, he has operated a subcontracting business, running both framing and trim crews. During this period, he learned valuable lessons about how to recognize quality subcontractors, and how to manage and motivate them. This business taught him how to respond to the needs of homeowners and how to get quality work from independent subcontractors to meets those needs.

Gary's unique blend of life experiences, education, and training has positioned him well to be a customer oriented builder, capable of pulling together all the different elements into a coordinated team of professionals. He demands that his high standards of quality to be continually maintained by his subcontractors.
He continually strives to keep abreast of the latest trends in home building through professional journals, and through the continuing education programs of the National Home Builders Association. He currently serves as a member of the Board of Directors of the Texas Panhandle Builders Association.
Martha has developed a unique talent for design and decorating. Her own home reflects her personality, and is recognized as a comfortable hospitable home. She has a rare gift for recognizing the homeowners taste and helping them develop the vision for their home. She is extremely versatile, able to develop projects of different styles including, French Country, Old World, Southwest, and Traditional Country.
Martha brings a woman's touch to the design and selection process. She works with each of our customers in helping them to make all their selections. With her help, the difficulties involved in selecting and coordinating the design elements of the home can be minimized. Our customers are not left alone to select fixtures, coverings, and colors.
She also serves our customers by coordinating the selections and design concepts with Gary and our craftsmen.
